If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Paradise Palms Resort & Country Club in advance by no later than 16:00 hours on the day prior to your arrival at the resort, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests who do not inform the hotel in advance will not be able to check-in between 23:00 and 07:00 hours.
